[Reason for requesting a consultation] At first, before going to Light, I had already gone to about two consultations, but I still felt like I wanted to visit a few more places, so I looked around. While doing that, I found a clinic run personally by a female director, so I immediately requested a consultation through KakaoTalk and visited.
[Consultation details] First, basically as soon as I arrived, I briefly filled out things like personal information and then went straight to take an X-ray. After the scan, the manager first asked what kind of procedure I wanted, so I honestly said I came because of my small, short nose, and she briefly explained the areas that needed procedures. After that, with the director, we discussed in detail what method would be used for the procedure, what style I wanted, and finally what additional things would be good to do together. Since the director was also a woman, I felt a bit more comfortable, and she was so kind that the atmosphere was really good.
[Final evaluation] The director and staff had a high level of professionalism and kindness, and the clinic itself had very good and large facilities. The waiting time was a bit long, but overall I think it took about an hour and a half.
