I was looking into a rhinoplasty clinic with a single director, made a reservation, and visited. I hadn't checked the pricing beforehand, but I had saved a surgical case from review photos that looked similar to my nose. When they asked about my desired design, I showed it to them. The shape was similar, but it was a different case, so in my case, some additional procedures were needed. The consultation went in the order of consultant-director-consultant. Since this would be my first surgery, I wanted it to be as safe as possible, so I chose autologous costal cartilage. Please keep in mind that this makes the price range on the higher side. At the time I visited, there was someone who had really hit their nose in an accident, and it left an impression on me how the director rushed out, asked where and how they had been injured, and handled the situation. Both the consultant and the director were kind, and I liked that the consultant seemed to think more from the patient's perspective and offer opinions accordingly!
