No matter how skilled the director is, if the hospital staff are unfriendly, I lose all interest in having it done there. At D-Day Plastic Surgery, both the staff and the director had smiling faces, so I remember it as a very kind place. For an accurate consultation, they did a CT scan and then carefully discussed, based on my concerns and the photos, which parts would be good to improve. After the director’s consultation, the manager explained everything once again, including what the aftercare would involve, which I really liked.
