First of all, the director has a very strong personality. This was a consultation for nose revision surgery. I did not like that the bridge between my eyes was high compared to the rest of my face, so I wanted either a lower silicone implant or to remove it entirely. But the director said it was not high at all right now, and that my bridge looked high because the tip of my nose had dropped. But my forehead is flat too, so I said that except for the tip of my nose, even looking at my bridge and forehead together, it felt like there were no contours, like an avatar, and he firmly said that was not true. That upset me a bit because I know my facial impression best.. For my eyes, I just said I wanted a light incisionless fix, but he said it could not be made exactly the same as my current double eyelids. I see.. He did notice immediately that my nose was crooked, so he does seem professional. But he has a very strong opinion, which made me feel bad.
