After removing the problematic silicone and removing the capsule, they used ear cartilage and autologous costal cartilage to lower the nasal tip, and as the tip was lowered, they also adjusted the nasal tip height, so maybe that's why I really like the current shape!! Even before the revision surgery, I wasn't satisfied with the shape.... Still, I lived with it thinking it was better than the first time, but if I had known this kind of shape was possible, I regret not getting revision surgery before the contracture happenedㅠㅠ
Because the incision area around the ribs for harvesting autologous costal cartilage wasn't that large, it doesn't bother me much, and only at first the harvested area felt a bit tingling, but it got better with time. From before surgery until after surgery, the director and the clinic paid attention to so many details, so even though it was contracture, I was able to get the revision surgery without worrying too much, almost like it was just dissatisfaction with the shape :)
