It was my first rhinoplasty. I had a hooked nose, a slightly droopy nose tip, and the nose itself was basically high, but it had a slight bulbous-nose tendency, so I got it done. Septal cartilage was used, and for now I’m satisfied with the nose itself. After surgery, it was good that I didn’t need a support? and it didn’t hurt either. The problem is that every winter it gets dry, so I often get nosebleeds from the area where the septal cartilage was harvested, and my nasal tip sometimes turns red. I just live thinking this much can’t be helped.
