Ah, I finished my breast surgery and arrived home

I had surgery this afternoon and just got out—five hours after surgery, still warm haha. I am so hungry; I have not eaten anything since yesterday It was my first time under general anesthesia, so I shed a few tears right before the anesthesia I was terrified and really scared, but they first put me to sleep with an injection, like IV sedation, seriously. When I opened my eyes, it was already over. I said hello to the anesthesiologist and heard, "The injection is going in," and then lost consciousness. I guess I will not see the surgeon except during the consultation. Once it was over, I felt so relieved, hehe. I took a taxi home, and even though the driver drove roughly, my chest pain is still pretty manageable. I got Mentor Extra Moderate High 280 and 310. Right before the consultation I got greedy and wondered, "Should I go bigger...?" But I held back and used the size I had originally discussed... haha. Prioritizing a pretty shape, I was scared of going bigger. As for how it feels, my friend's child is three years old and often sits and plays on my chest when I lie down. It feels exactly like that... like something heavy is sitting on my chest. I had consulted for the inframammary incision, but changed to the transaxillary incision right before surgery. My armpits do not hurt at all, so I am worried.... After waking from anesthesia, my armpits genuinely did not hurt at all, so I asked, "Teacher, I did get the transaxillary incision, right...?" They said yes, so I am trusting that. But can it really hurt this little? I also had accessory breast tissue liposuction, yet it really barely hurts (what are all those reviews saying it hurts?) Since it hurts so little, I am anxious that hell will start tomorrow. I received a discount after agreeing to write a review for the clinic (only on two review platforms), but I am just writing here on my own. On those two platforms, I feel like the marketing team might be watching my review....
