The doctor is really kind and has pride in their work. The staff are also extremely kind. More than anything, they really listen to the patient’s opinion. I have skin that scars easily, but they did the buried suture method, so apart from the 5 puncture holes, I don’t really notice anything. If you want a natural change rather than a big one, using buried sutures for the double eyelid would be good. If you want something flashy, the doctor is conservative, so it would probably be more comfortable to go somewhere else. ----------------- I regret it. After the revision surgery, the thread was showing through the buried-suture scar, and when I visited the clinic they gave an evasive answer, saying there was nothing they could do and that I’d have to either remove the stitches or do something after 4 months. If they had told me before surgery that the thread could show through, I would have taken that into account too, but now I feel stupid. When I came in for my one-month follow-up, I mentioned that my front hairline seemed a bit droopy, and they said if I didn’t like that feeling, I should have had an incision, but the surgery was already over... If that were the case, shouldn’t they have diagnosed and told me from the very first consultation? The reason I completely lost trust was that when I came at the 1-month mark, they said there was a way to redo it with an incision and that we could discuss it again if I was still concerned, so I thought communication was still decent. But when I went back after 3 months, they said there was absolutely no need for an incision, that it was fine even now, and that they could never have said that. That really dropped my trust.... It’s not like I mixed them up with another clinic.. Why would I say they said something they didn’t? lol I’m planning to go back after a few months to remove the stitches from the part where the thread is showing or to consult again, but I’m worried that removing the stitches will leave even more scarring, and I don’t even want to look at the previous doctor’s scars anymore, so I’m thinking about going to Seoul and considering an incision too. At this point, it’s not about money anymore. You get what you pay for.
