Wow... it feels like I got InMode just the other day, but now that I think about it, it’s already been 90 days...
Anyway, I’ll write a review of getting InMode! Why did I get InMode? First of all, I have a peanut-shaped face, and it’s so stressful. But two-jaw surgery is too scary, so I kept searching and searching for procedures and ended up thinking about trying InMode. As I studied InMode, I heard that Forma and FX? those two should be done together for better results. So I went to a place that was offering those two together as an event. Of course, it had a lot of reviews and good ratings too!
It was a place near Sinnonhyeon Station, and I only looked up the clinic, so I don’t know who the doctor was... I just got it done... The price was a little over 300,000 won, including jaw Botox that I impulsively added! They recommended jaw Botox, and since my jaw also stresses me out, I just got it...
What I wanted was to destroy the side cheekbones, the fat under my jaw, and the fat over the anterior cheekbones. I don’t have much facial fat, but strangely, in photos my face looks very puffy like a rice cakeㅠㅠ Especially the submental fat... Plus, since I don’t have much anterior cheekbone volume, my face is flat, but when I smile in photos, the fat over the anterior cheekbones bulges out, my nasolabial folds look really severe, and I almost look like Jigsaw from Sawㅠㅠ So I know anterior cheekbone volume is important... but it stressed me out, so I asked them to work on the anterior cheekbones.
Most people seem to find Forma painful and FX? not painful, but I was the opposite. Forma just felt like a vacuum cleaner sucking on my face, and FX felt like rubbing my face with a really hot stone? FX felt hotter to me.
Still, it was more bearable than I expected, and since my skin is on the thicker side, I didn’t bruise, marks didn’t really show, and they disappeared quickly. I also liked that they carefully injected the jaw Botox to match my asymmetry. It hurt because I got 5 shots thoughㅠㅠ But the doctor’s way of speaking was very kind, so I felt good.
I think I felt the effect from that night. Something... because I treated the front... I suddenly felt like I looked much older..? haha. I wondered if I shouldn’t have touched the front. I’m not sure about the side cheekbones, probably because they’re boneㅠㅠ The fat under my jaw also suddenly felt like it was gone, up until the next day...
Until the next day I was like, oh, the effect is amazing, but then maybe I got used to it, or maybe it filled back in, because it looked like my face again. Still, I think the anterior cheekbone effect is good because when I take photos, the shadows seem a bit less noticeable! As it filled in a bit, the older-looking effect also got better again, and in photos there are fewer shadows, so I like it! haha
But... since I don’t have much facial fat, I’m going to be satisfied with 1 session. During the procedure, they gather the facial fat and suction it, so if you don’t have much fat, I think that would be hard too. 300,000 won... a bit expensive, but... I’m satisfied that I tried it...
