It wasn't a common surgery and the clinic had a lot of rumors, so even after paying I kept hesitating. In the end, it went well. It enlarged less than I expected, but it became bigger than what I'd reached at the filler limit, so I'm satisfied. If I get filler again now, I'd be 100% satisfied. They said it could be made bigger with a second surgery after 6 months, but no, absolutely not, I never want to go through that pain again. I'd rather get filler. It hurt like crazy until day 3. Right after surgery I thought maybe I'd watch a movie, but I canceled everything, quickly took painkillers, and went home. The pain was about on par with after liposuction. Until about a month, it was very obvious. Even my smile changed, and all my acquaintances noticed and asked what I had done. After removing the external stitches, I found some left at home and pulled them out myself. One internal stitch was sticking out too, so I grabbed it and pulled it out. I was good at removing stitches, so there was no problem. It starts to look pretty after about a month and a half, but until then, please know that it hurts more and shows more than you might expect.
