At first I went to the hospital thinking about a 230-degree cheekbone reduction. I was more worried about my cheekbones from the side than the side cheekbones, but the director doctor said my cheekbones on the 45-degree side were relatively large, so they recommended a 3D cheekbone approach. I thought about it and went with that. I was worried about cheek sagging, but right after surgery I wondered if the swelling was making it look saggy. As time passed and the swelling went down, I didn’t notice any sagging. It seems like this is the part of the surgery I’m most satisfied with.
