The manager had a slightly strong vibe lol but was kind... I talked with the manager, heard about the line, the surgery method I wanted, and the recommended method, and then waited about 10 more minutes before consulting with the doctor~! The doctor was really kind and carefully mapped out the line I had consultations at 3 places including here that day, and this one felt the kindest among them. But I think they were a little busy too, like other reviews said
