Unlike the hospitals I had been to before, the director gave me a very detailed consultation. They checked my nose condition carefully, explained why it had become like that, and I was glad to get a clear answer about how the surgery would be done if I chose to go ahead. The manager and the staff were kind, and they listened to all my concerns, so I was able to have the consultation without feeling anxious.
