First, the consultation room is above ground, and the surgery/inpatient rooms are in the basement. Honestly, the fact that they are in the basement makes me a little uneasy.
The doctor feels exactly like what I saw on YouTube. He explains everything necessary in a calm, quiet way, and I had consultations at 4 places including this one, but he gave me the most conservative estimate.
They were kind when I had the consultation at the desk too, but they said there was a same-day booking discount, so I thought they would give me time to think. Instead, they just stayed silently in the consultation room. For things like scheduling, especially a major event like facial contouring surgery, it’s hard to set a date immediately on the spot, so depending on the person, that part could feel like pressure to book. For now, I said I would give up the same-day booking discount, adjust my schedule, and contact them later.
