I’m finally 6 months post-op! I don’t think I had any major discomfort after the surgery. I heard swelling usually lasts about 6 months to 1 year, but for me, it seemed to be almost all gone by month 3. However, maybe because I wasn’t careful enough with aftercare, the bone on the right side has slightly separated, so I’m monitoring the progress. I believe it will heal together well once more time passes. As the director told me before surgery, the result isn’t that dramatic, but my facial line has been refined a lot, so I think my impression looks much softer than before! Now I’m happy because I don’t have to reduce my cheekbones much when taking selfies haha Thank you so much to Director Tak Ho for performing the surgery safely!
