I got a consultation for revision eye surgery.. The director understood what I wanted very well, so the consultation was fine. But they said things like the patient has to be obedient.. which was a bit odd. They explained that dry eye could happen, and said that with other patients, even when they explain this, they later act like they never heard it... They talked about things like that. The manager was kind, and the people at the counter are a little cold.
