I went there through an acquaintance’s recommendation. The director wasn’t super friendly, but not cold either. When identifying the problems with my eyes, they only mentioned ptosis and didn’t mention asymmetry or anything like that, so I felt a bit unsure (when I consulted at other hospitals, they all talked about asymmetry). While talking with the manager, there was some pressure to make a same-day reservation, which felt burdensome.
