I wore double eyelid tape for a long time, but it got hard to keep wearing it, and as I kept using it I started feeling more stress about my eyes, so I looked into double eyelid surgery! It was my first surgery, so I had a lot of deliberation about where to do it. I watched a lot of videos on YouTube about double eyelid surgery, including vlogs, and among them the Apgujeong Dio Plastic Surgery videos were really informative for someone like me who was considering the surgery, and there were lots of vlogs too, so I went in for a consultation! The surgeon explained in detail the kind of eyes I wanted and what I was curious about, which gave me confidence, so I had the surgery with Dr. Choi Jungho at Apgujeong Dio Plastic Surgery~! It has been two months since the surgery, and it feels similar to when I was wearing double eyelid tape, so I really love it! At first there was a foreign-body sensation in my eyes and opening them felt heavy, but now a lot of that discomfort has gone away, opening my eyes feels easier, and I have a pretty double eyelid in the line I wanted, so I am happily living with it!
