I had fat grafting for the under-eyes and front cheeks. Up until months 1-2, I was satisfied because the hollow areas that had stressed me out had filled in, but after that, as the fat decreased, the under-eye step-off that was there after surgery became noticeable. I thought it would improve over time, but I don’t think it is. It only gets a little better.. It doesn’t completely disappear The other areas aren’t much different from before surgery either. Even when I ask the clinic, they just say to wait, and say things like, when you get fat grafting, it’s originally different from the other skin, so if I could go back to before, I think I’d have to think twice about doing it here.
