I had fat grafting for the tear troughs and front cheeks, but somehow my face subtly looks flat. Like there’s no curve?? Up until months 1-2, the hollow areas that had stressed me out had filled in, but after that, as the fat decreased, the slight under-eye step-off I originally had became worse. I thought it would improve over time, but I don’t think it is. Even when I ask the clinic, they just say to wait, and say things like, when you get fat grafting, it’s originally different from the other skin. If I could go back to before, I wouldn’t do it here.
