The wait was too long, but the time meeting the director was always short, so that was disappointing.. The staff didn’t seem particularly kind. The director listens well to questions and is quite kind. Since the director’s preference is a natural style, if you want a flashy style, I recommend another hospital. The surgery turned out well and I’m happy with it
