The consultation time was respected, with no waiting. The manager was kind without overdoing it, and the director was sweet too. However, although I fully understood that they were extremely conservative and safe in surgery, they only gave vague opinions about the parts I hoped would be improved, which made me very sad But because of that, I also felt they would not make things worse here. Since I was upset, they comforted me and said sorry, and I was really grateful. Their attitude toward patients is the best!
