They kept the appointment time well without any waiting for the consultation. The consultant was kind without being excessive, and the director was sweet too. But although I fully understand that they operate very conservatively and safely, they only gave vague opinions about the areas I wanted improved, so I was very upset Still, because of that, I did feel that they would not make things worse here. When I was upset, they apologized and comforted me, so I was very grateful. Their attitude toward patients is the best!
