The manager and the director who consulted me were both very kind. In particular, the manager gave very realistic recommendations. But I’m not sure about the director. He did seem experienced. Rather than giving a detailed explanation, he just said which procedures would be included in the planned quote, and that was it. It was simpler than I expected.
