I went to consult because I trusted the director a lot after reading the director's blog. I asked many questions, but the response was quite cynical and I felt they were unfriendly. I think empathy between patient and doctor is important for surgery, so that part was disappointing. After the consultation, I spoke with the manager, and I understood the trust in the director, but I was very disappointed by how unfriendly they were and by the attitude of, if not, then not.
