The director was a bit unfriendly and seemed to speak rather ambiguously, like I should decide everything myself. The doctor was also very blunt, and the way he spoke was a bit harsh. I do trust them to some extent, but the rudeness feels pretty severe. I went because of the nice results in the reviews, but it feels like I won’t get the eyes I want.
