I made an appointment right away after seeing my friend's result because it looked good, but even after booking and going there, the consultation wait was really long, and I didn't feel the staff were especially kind. Still, the manager in charge was very kind and explained questions well, and the surgeon, as I had heard, was a bit cold and only answered what I asked, but rather than adding extra unrelated talk, I actually liked that they kept the consultation focused on why I came in,, and the most important thing is that the surgery satisfaction is high. The swelling went down quickly and the line came out exactly the way I wanted. Anyway, I think of them as my second father.
