I wanted surgery without an implant, but at other clinics they said an implant was absolutely necessary, or else it was better not to do it at all. But the doctor here looked at me once and said I didn't need it. They also gave a very long and detailed consultation and said they would perform the surgery using fascia from behind the ear and ear cartilage. The consultation director also explained things in a very comfortable way, and there was no pressure at all to book, so I think I was able to consult in a relaxed way.
