My original nose was bulbous with a low nasal bridge.
But I had L-shaped silicone inserted at a local clinic, and the bulbous nose stayed the same, while the bridge was unnaturally high. Because of contracture, the nasal tip turned upward and the nasal septum was protruding. From the side, it looked like a pressed-down pig nose, so I tried to hide my side profile so people wouldn’t see itㅜㅠㅜ
Then I had revision surgery with ear cartilage at a hospital famous for revision surgery. It was expensive because it was a revision... but it looks really natural and the nasal tip became very sleek.
My impression became more refined, and while it doesn’t look like I had surgery, I think it made the biggest change to my face.
The best choice of my life.. The only regret I have is that I should have done it sooner.
