I went without a reservation, but they responded kindly. Since it was nose surgery, I had a CT scan and then the consultation. The cost was free. I had a brief consultation with the manager first, then consulted with the director. The director explained everything from the drawings, focused on the patient, and went over the pros and cons one by one. I decided to trust the director and go ahead here. I’ll come back to write an honest review after the surgery.
