It's been 13 years since I had rhinoplasty. I had silicone inserted and had the nasal tip operated on with ear cartilage. At the time, it was so long ago that there wasn't much internet information like this, so I just listened to what the doctor said and got it done. I've been living without much discomfort, and aside from it getting a bit red in winter and not being able to make a pig nose, I think it's okay.
