I’ve had both non-incisional surgery using alloderm and Misko together before. The result was satisfying, but as time passed, the support structure made with Misko disappeared and only the tip of the nose became blunt. I was satisfied at first, but because it’s alloderm, it can’t be removed, so I recommend just getting nose surgery instead.
