First surgery without an implant. After the surgery, I realized that I actually like a glamorous nose ㅠㅠ... I’m satisfied with the shape (the line from the nasal tip to the columella and philtrum became especially pretty). But the height.. because there was no implant, the limitation is really disappointing... If you like a high nose, you absolutely have to go with an implant...
