During the consultation with the manager, she wrote down various things and then gave me a paper with the surgery-related details. It was convenient because I didn’t have to write anything separately. When I opened my notebook of questions, the director told me to ask everything all at once. It was surprisingly easy to ask questions. He explained things in detail with drawings. However, I was surprised that he touched my nostrils with his bare hands. As expected from reviews saying he specializes in extremely difficult noses, he showed confidence in removing Gore-Tex without an open approach.
