Maybe because there are so many people, it is hard to get a consultation appointment. And it seems like the doctor's consultation is only possible once before the operation and once on the day of surgery. Maybe because they are very busy! The estimated cost came out about the same as other hospitals. If you are treated by someone other than the chief doctor, it seems to get a bit cheaper.
