I went for a consultation while looking into non-implant nose surgery because I wanted a nose job without implants! The doctor was extremely confident about the surgery, and the method seemed fine, but there was some feeling that they were adding all sorts of things. I spent more than 30 minutes just consulting with the doctor, and it felt like I was learning about plastic surgery. I was thinking of doing it here, but I saw a few negative posts too, so I’m holding off for now.
