A few years ago I went in for a consultation. They took X-rays and photos from various angles, and based on that it did seem like they gave an objective consultation. But besides inserting an implant into the nose, they also recommended many different surgeries, like osteotomy and alar-base reduction with cat-eye surgery. Still, as I listened to the explanation, I felt like those might actually have been the surgeries I needed. But I did not want such extensive surgery, so I did not go through with it there. They also strongly recommended costal cartilage, but I had no intention of using costal cartilage, so their direction did not really match mine. And I remember the price being very high.
