I had alar reduction surgery here 4 years ago, and there have been no side effects even now, 4 years later. The scar on the right side is almost invisible, but the scar on the left side shows a little, so I do get stressed sometimes, but unless you look from very close underneath, you can't tell. The nostrils were definitely reduced, and the surgery was done naturally, so I am satisfied. The director was also fairly cheerful and kind. I was extremely worried, but everyone handled my concerns well and took good care of me after the surgery. However, the consultation felt a bit rushed. Since it was alar reduction surgery rather than a procedure involving implants, I don't think I got a detailed consultation on technical matters.
