Zena Review

I went for a filler consultation. Of course, I had booked the consultation the day before. Even though I had a reservation, I still had to wait a bit. Maybe the doctor was busy. I thought, well, this much waiting is acceptable. The staff were... hm, I’d say unfriendly? I said I was there for a consultation and that I would decide whether to get the procedure after talking with the doctor, but before that they said something like, “Would you like to apply the anesthetic cream and wait?”;; No, I didn’t even know whether I’d go through with it, so I said I’d decide after the consultation whether to apply the cream or not. Their attitude of pushing me toward the procedure felt uncomfortable. The first impression was neither unfriendly nor friendly.. I waited for a long time. Even though I had made a reservation, if the doctor was late, there was no apology or explanation. No “Please wait a little longer because we may be running late.” I just waited without being told anything. This is something they could have explained proactively before the patient even asked. Anyway, that was how it went.. After the wait, I wondered whether the doctor was coming.. and I wasn’t taken to the doctor’s room for the consultation. They told me to come to the procedure room. I thought maybe they do consultations there. Since it was the procedure room, the doctor also seemed to assume it was a procedure from the moment they came in. Anyway, we had the consultation.. The doctor was kind. In the end, the doctor said I didn’t need to get filler, so I just went home like that.. If I had applied the anesthetic cream, it would have been a pointless hassle. The staff were too forward. I said it was a consultation, but their sense of getting everything ready as if I were definitely going to do a procedure? I understand wanting to get one more person through the door, but it didn’t leave a good impression. If only they had been kind too..
