I live in the Songpa-gu Jamsil area, and excluding the area near Gangnam, this was the clinic in Songpa-gu that was the most conscientious and always produced good results, though this does not include major surgeries like eyes or nose. A nevus of Ota that even dermatology and plastic surgery clinics along the Gangnam Station line couldn't remove was cleanly cleared here with laser toning, and for dissolving fillers, there is an extra 50,000 won for ultrasound, but they dissolve it while watching the ultrasound, and they inject fillers amazingly well too. It feels like a clinic only I know about, so I'm cautiously recommending it here.
