I went to get fillers after checking the app, and since it was a weekday there weren't that many people. I saw reviews saying the desk staff were rude, so I was a little worried, but it was just average and fine. I filled out a brief chart, consulted with the manager about what I wanted done, got the cost explained, paid, and waited a bit. I put on anesthetic cream and then the procedure started. The doctor was really kind. He asked whether I had gotten fillers before and whether it hurt at intervals, and explained the precautions in detail without leaving anything out.
