I talked roughly with the consultant about which areas I wanted surgery on, then had a consultation with the director. The director looked right at my eyes and immediately picked up on what surgery I would need, and it matched what I wanted and what other clinics had told me, so I felt I could trust him. For my nose, he said the nasal tip is pretty but the bridge is on the low side, so we should only raise the nasal bridge with silicone. At other clinics, they had said the nasal tip also needed to be raised, so I asked whether the nasal tip wasn’t necessary, and he said it was already pretty enough, but if I wanted, he could use ear cartilage or something else to raise it. It seemed like he only told me the surgeries that were truly necessary. The consultation with the director was short because he had back-to-back surgeries, but I did feel I could trust him. The one thing that bothers me is that when I brought up CCTV while talking with the consultant after the consultation with the director, she said rather strongly that they do have CCTV, but since there is only one director, substitute surgery couldn’t possibly happen, so I’m debating..
