At the time, I felt like my facial contour looked long, so I went around for consultations. The director said it looked long because my chin filler had sagged, and suggested dissolving the chin filler, so I had it dissolved that day before leaving. But really, surprisingly, my face suddenly looked much shorter. I was also concerned about my cheekbones, but they said not to shave them down. They recommended liposuction, fat grafting, square jaw, and chin tip.
