- Consultation with the director: For under-eye fat repositioning, he explained exactly what was in the YouTube video, word for word. It felt like he was reciting a recording. He said he would take a look under my eyes, but he really looked only briefly. I went with makeup on, and he didn’t have me remove it; he just glanced over it, so I couldn’t shake the feeling that he was looking roughly;;; Separately, his way of speaking itself was kind.
What I liked about the doctor was that he clearly explained the surgical limitations and benefits. It prevents patients from having excessive expectations or misunderstandings about surgery. He also said they schedule only 3 surgeries per day.
- Consultation with the manager: Here, the manager and staff are kind. Their response was good even when I booked the consultation, and when I visited, they left an even better impression than the doctor.
What I liked about the manager was that she was faithful to her role as a manager. Things like appropriate social comments, showing before-and-after procedure photos, and giving reservation and price information.
- The facility is very small. It is about the size of one elementary school classroom. So I don’t have high expectations for the facilities or equipment. However, compared with large plastic surgery clinics, the fact that it is a clinic with a single director is a major advantage.
