I had front canthoplasty and buried double eyelid surgery, and the difference before and after was so dramatic that my eyes became much bigger. They didn't make the line too large and adjusted it to suit my eyes. I had it done under local anesthesia, so that part was a bit hard. Because of that, the bruising was severe and the swelling lasted 5 to 6 months. After the swelling went down, nobody knew I had surgery, and as time passed the line gradually got thinner until it completely came undone in my 10th year, so I had revision surgery at another hospital
