I went because the double eyelid surgery I had in my first year of high school came undone, and the doctor gave me a long, thorough consultation. I liked that they understood exactly the look and line I wanted. The swelling wasn't severe, and I think it took 5-6 months for all the swelling to go down. Since it was the buried suture method, there aren't any surgical scars left, and only if you look really closely can you see something like suture holes? It's been over 2 years, and the line is still okay.
