I had a consultation for revision rhinoplasty. The consultant seemed to have pride in the doctor. After my rhinoplasty, my columella disappeared and my nose looked like an upturned nose, which I was dissatisfied with, so I mainly consulted doctors who are good at bringing the columella out nicely. The consultant said that if their doctor can’t bring out a columella, no one else can either, and that I could go get consultations at other hospitals too, but she guaranteed it. However, when I actually consulted with the doctor, he wasn’t certain that he could bring out the columella. Still, he seemed trustworthy and was kind.
