I had my primary rhinoplasty with Dr. Shim Jung-hwan. To start with the result, it isn’t bad, but because of the parts that bother me, I’m thinking of having revision surgery. The reason is that even though I had columella surgery, the columella is sunken, my nose looks upturned, my nostrils show, and my impression has changed, which is stressful, so I’m thinking of having revision surgery elsewhere. Also, I wanted a refined nose that wasn’t too flashy but also not too natural, but it ended up looking flashy. However, the height of the nose itself was made to suit my face.
