I had my first nose surgery with Dr. Shim Jung-hwan. To start with the result: it’s not bad, but because of some areas that bother me, I’m thinking of having revision surgery. The reason is that despite having columella surgery, my columella looks sunken, my nose looks upturned, and my nostrils show, which changed my impression and has been stressful, so I’m thinking of having revision surgery elsewhere. Also, I wanted a nose that was elegant, not flashy but not too natural either, but it ended up looking flashy. However, the height of the nose itself was adjusted to suit my face.
