I have a congenital saddle nose, so I only tried to raise the saddle nose, but it didn’t fill in as well as I expected, so I did it two or three times.
It has risen a lot by now, but my nose feels puffier? The threads are also thin, so you have to insert many of them, and the difference is not as noticeable as I expected. The bridge of my nose has also gone in a bit overall, but no one can tell at a glance lol.
In my personal opinion, there’s no point in doing it for a bulbous nose, so it’s better not to do it, and I wouldn’t recommend doing the tip instead of the bridge. For the tip, cartilage is visible and the skin gets thinner, and if you think of it as holding it up with something like plastic thread, then of course it’ll break through someday.
